Eligibility for Return:

• Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase.
• The Mica Capacitors must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
• If the product has been installed or altered in any way, it is no longer eligible for return.

Return Process:

1. Contact Us: Please reach out to our customer service team to initiate a return. The best email is danielle@commercialradiocompany.com
2. Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
3. Return Shipment: The customer is responsible for shipping costs for the return, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Packaging: All items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges:

• Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment once the returned product is received and inspected.
• Exchanges are allowed for items that meet the return criteria, and the customer will need to cover any shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Non-returnable Items:

• Installed Mica Capacitors.
• Products that are damaged or defective due to customer misuse or neglect.

Defective or Damaged Items:
If you received a defective or damaged Mica Capacitor, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
